The current Vigil website is no more.
While I admit the software was not acquired legally, vBulletin felt the need to bully non-profit guild websites seeing very little traffic that was no threat to their own business.

I personally cannot shell out $100-180 to purchase a license to keep the forums up and I received a DMCA/C&D letter from my webhost. I had no other choice except to pull everything off.

Whether or not the site was brought to vBulletin's attention or they found it completely by chance, I will never know. If one or more of you wishes to cover the cost for a license, please contact me at admin@spiricore.net. Otherwise, a home will need to be found elsewhere. (Also please contact me if you wish me to add a redirect here to a new, legal website.)
